CEO WEI WANG
Prior to joining DDI Japan, Mr. Wang joined Anbang Insurance Japan in 2017 and was responsible for the operation and management of its 221 buildings, approximately JPY 260 billion residential asset portfolio. As a result of excellent operational results, the portfolio was transacted in approximately JPY 300 billion through Q1 2020. Before that Mr. Wang joined Tokyu Land Corporation, one of the top four developers in Japan, from 2012, and during his tenure, he was responsible for the development and operation of 15 large-scale projects and exceeded the profit by 135%.
Mr. Wang received a Master of Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
Managing Director KOHEI ABE
Prior to joining DDI Japan, Mr. Abe joined DBJ Asset Management in 2018. He as a Director, oversees the asset portfolio scared in JPY 130 billion. Before that, Mr. Abe joined Tokyu Land Capital Management Inc. as a fund manager. During his tenure, he managed a fund over JPY 200 billion, and covered residential, office, and logistics sectors. Mr. Abe received a Bachelor of Architecture from Utsunomiya University.
He is a First-class Registered Architect and holds ARES Certified Master.
Senior Vice President TSUYOSHI EBINO
Prior to joining DDI Japan, Mr. Ebino joined Tokyu Livable Corporation, where he was mainly engaged in brokerage of commercial and income-producing real estate. Before that, he joined Suggest Co. as a sales representative and was mainly responsible for sales of new condominiums. Mr. Ebino received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Nihon University.

Vice President QICHAO SUN
After graduation, He joined RIO Holdings, a local real estate company, and was mainly engaged in hotel development. After that, He joined Kasumigaseki Capital, a listed real estate company, in 2017 and was mainly responsible for acquiring project sites and other income real estate projects.
Mr. Sun received a Master of Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
