MESSAGE

Dongdu International Group (“DDI”) a global real estate development and investment company established in presence in Japan by forming DDI Japan K.K. in January 2017. The formation of the Japanese company follows DDI’s business practice of entering new markets where it believes its expertise can help improve the overall market for real estate projects.

From a historic standpoint, DDI was established in Shanghai in 1989 and has expanded from its original base in Shanghai to real estate investments and developments in Canada, Hong Kong and the United States beginning in 2004.

Based on DDI’s experience and achievements in the global markets the decision was made to enter the Japanese market. From its beginnings in 2017, DDI Japan has grown steadily and despite challenging market conditions, has made steady progress in a relatively short time frame.

The Company has been able to do so by creating an organization that is trusted by its clients, partners, and society in general.
