CEO WEI WANG
Prior to joining, I worked at the Japan subsidiary of Dajia Insurance Group, where I was responsible for a rental residential portfolio of approximately JPY 300 billion, engaging in strategy formulation, investment execution, fund management, and asset dispositions.
Before that, I began my career at Tokyu Land Corporation as a new graduate, where I was involved in large-scale urban redevelopment projects, new acquisitions of major properties, and the promotion and product planning of both condominium and rental residential projects in central Tokyo. I was also seconded to Tokyu Land Capital Management, where I managed private real estate funds totaling approximately JPY 50 billion, focusing on rental residential, office, and logistics assets.
Currently, I focus on formulating and executing strategies that deliver corporate transformation and sustainable growth, driving high-efficiency investment strategies and long-term value creation. I bring extensive expertise spanning real estate development to fund management, with particular strengths in cross-border investment and real estate finance in both domestic and international markets.
Head of Division TSUYOSHI EBINO
Prior to joining DDI Japan, he worked at Tokyu Livable, Inc., handling brokerage of commercial and investment properties for REITs, funds, and corporations. In 2017, he achieved brokerage fees of 223 million yen and participated in the sale of 169 properties totaling 140 billion yen. Previously at Suggest Co., Ltd., he consistently generated 400–500 million yen in annual sales through direct sales of new condominiums. With over 15 years of experience across brokerage, sales, and development, he excels in end-to-end real estate operations and is recognized for his strategic thinking and strong client relationships.
He holds a bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering from the College from Nihon University.
He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Japan, a Certified Property Manager for rental real estate, and a Certified Master by the Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES Master).
Director KOUSUKE TANAKA
Prior to joining, he worked at J-Will Partners Inc., where he led investment projects totaling approximately JPY 30 billion across a wide range of asset classes, including logistics facilities, hotels, offices, and rental residences. As a core member of the firm, he was involved in flagship fund acquisitions as well as corporate real estate securitization deals, achieving significant results.
Before that, he began his career at Tokyu Land Corporation, where he was mainly engaged in the acquisition and development planning of residential land. Within the Investment Management Division and the Residential Business Division, he was responsible for land acquisitions with a cumulative AUM exceeding JPY 40 billion over six years. He was later seconded to Tokyu Land Capital Management Inc., where he managed the entire investment process—from private fund structuring and acquisitions to fundraising, lender arrangements, and documentation. He has extensive experience working with a wide range of investors and financial institutions, with strong expertise in both equity and debt structuring.
He is graduated from the Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science, Keio University . He is a holder of the Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES) Certified Master qualification,and Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent.
Vice President YOSHIKI KIRA
Prior to joining DDI Japan, he worked at Dear Life Co., Ltd., managing end-to-end real estate projects in central Tokyo, including the acquisition, planning, execution, and sale of development sites and income-generating properties such as residences, retail spaces, and hotels. He handled projects with a total value exceeding 15 billion yen and has extensive experience in value-add strategies, sales, and beneficial interest transactions through SPC structuring.Previously, he worked at Mitsubishi Estate Real Estate Services, engaging in CRE consulting and sales. He managed the full process from research and valuation to sales and matching, acquiring over 30 new corporate clients in just 1.5 years.
Mr. Kira holds a bachelor's degree of the Faculty of Physical Education from Kokushikan University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Japan.
Vice President MEILIN ZHANG
Prior to joining DDI Japan, Ms. Zhang was employed at Raysum Co., Ltd., where she consistently worked in the real estate industry. She has extensive experience in acquiring and managing real estate investment projects. As a sales professional, she built strong relationships with clients and executed major projects ranging from several billion to several hundred billion yen.
Mr. Zhang holds a Master's degree of Life and Environmental Sciences from Tsukuba University.
She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Japan.
Senior Associate XIN DONG
Prior to joining DDI Japan, he worked at Hajime Construction Co., Ltd., where he managed the full process of real estate projects across Japan-from acquisition of land and income-producing properties to development and sale. He was involved in several large-scale projects and gained experience across diverse asset types.Prior to that, he supported high-net-worth overseas investors in acquiring Japanese real estate, handling everything from proposals and contracts to closings and financing. He received the Top Sales Award in 2019 for his performance.
Ms. Dong holds a bachelor's degree from Capital Normal University in China and a master's degree in Psychology from Waseda University .
She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Japan, and certified General Insurance and Small Amount & Short-Term Insurance Solicitor.
Associate REI YOSHIDA
Prior to joining DDI Japan, he worked at Open House Co., Ltd., specializing in B2B sales of entire income-producing properties. Demonstrated strong performance in both acquisition and sales, focusing on income properties and residential land mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Known for building trusted client relationships through prompt and attentive service.
Mr. Yoshida holds a bachelor's degree of Faculty of Science and Engineering from Hosei University,

Vice President TING ZHANG
Before joining DDI Japan, she was employed at the Shanghai branch of Marubeni Corporation, where she was involved in fundraising activities within the finance department. Prior to that, she gained experience in internal audit and internal controls at Panasonic Finance, focusing on financial support for businesses.
She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Japan.
Manager YANPING LI
Before joining DDI Japan, she spent many years in finance and accounting at ENEOS Corporation’s Shanghai branch and other entities, where she was responsible for group-wide budget planning, financial closing, and the development of internal control systems. In particular, she led cross-border management accounting and consolidation operations for subsidiaries, contributing to strengthened group governance and improved operational efficiency.
She graduated from the School of Accounting, Northeastern University, China.
Manager Ayano Shimbo
She is responsible for general back-office operations, primarily focusing on accounting and labor management. She works diligently to improve operational efficiency and provide support for organizational management.
